About me:

I’m CEO/Co-founder of PrismWork, a culture innovation and leadership transformation consultancy providing C-suite executives, start-up entrepreneurs, and leaders across the globe with the data-driven insights and tools they need to achieve breakthrough success and impact.

I am also an in-demand keynote speaker who has been on stage around the world and at companies like Microsoft, Twitter, Havas, and many more. I’m proud to be an award-winning writer and author of two best-selling books on leadership and human capital transformation.

I spent the first half of my career in marketing, starting in brand management and then working my way up the ladder to vice president at one of the largest advertising agencies in the United States.

Loved the work, hated the workplace.

I believed then - and know now - that the right leaders are essential for creating cultures of innovation and collaboration with a shared purpose to benefit all stakeholders. So, I pivoted and have spent the second half of my career dedicated to helping forward-thinking leaders and their companies foster highly productive, highly inclusive cultures that deliver better business outcomes with sustainable impact.

I’ve been on stage around the world at numerous high-profile conferences including SXSW, Cannes Lions, PBWC, and at numerous company summits. As a speaker, my goal is to inspire people to reimagine the NOW of work so they can make meaningful impact.
